A recently completed study, wrapping the room in a beautiful Chelsea Textiles wallpaper, offsetting it with a bold paint colour for the woodwork. These bespoke, handmade curtains were deliberately paired back and we returned to a much loved Claremont Furnishing Milano Linen, trimmed down the leading edges with a Manuel Canovas braid.

A cosy nook of a recently completed attic bedroom. Beautiful hand sewn curtains for a dormer window using an all time classic ‘Primula’ by Warner House trimmed down the leading edges with a tactile bobble trim from Samuel & Sons. No room is complete without considered lighting, and many of you will know that at George Clark we supply a huge breadth of lamps and shades. Seen here is a bespoke lampshade sitting on this glossy teal lamp. Delicious!

Always a privilege to work with beautiful windows and what lies beyond them. This drawing room is slowly coming together and we love the use of shaped, trimmed pelmets here to frame the windows. We’ve used Lewis & Wood ‘Totem’ in raffia trimmed with a Turnell & Gigon brush fringe to add an accent of strength - all sitting very serenely alongside Edward Bulmer Natural Paint ‘Jonquil’ - a wonderful colour and firm favourite to work with that takes on many guises depending on the light. With huge thanks - as ever - to the talented team that help bring this all together - Ange our in house curtain maker, Richard AR Tracks And Blinds ltd for his installation and Claire for her pelmets. The dream team!
