Monton 5miler 😀Bank holiday Monday 31st August.
Over the weekend, we personally hand delivered residents letters to every property (where we could gain access) notifying of road closures. Also legal road closure notices were attached to street furniture around the route

Come and see us for a proper gait analysis. We don’t just put you on a treadmill for 30 seconds. We do a thorough bio mechanical assessment before a run on the treadmill for a couple of minutes. Then try on as many pairs until we find the right ones for you. Come and see us 😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
