Bringing Beautiful Characters To Life Across The World!! All of our characters are created in-house at our dedicated studio space in Stockport, UK.

Costumes with Character specialise in creating World Class, bespoke Character Costumes and Mascots for small and large companies, sports clubs, marketing agencies, charities and the entertainment sector, which we export and maintain across the Globe. Founded in 1986 by Liz Milnes, Costumes with Character became a limited company in 2001, changing its name from Situation Clothing and moving focus on to what we do best, creating amazing character costumes! Whether you need a character for marketing a product or service, entertaining the crowds or to help with your fundraising, we can help you design and build a World Class Brand Ambassador to your exact specifications. We also offer a full refurbishment service that will breathe new life into your old friend or help maintain your costumes so that they look as good as new for the next busy holiday season. We also have the ability to replicate characters exactly, so if you need 1 or 100 of the same character, it’s no problem. Clients we have worked with include but are not limited to; Cadbury’s, BBC, LEGO, Al-jazeera, MacMillan, Kelloggs, Park Resorts, Thomas Cook, Haven, Christie’s Hospital, Manchester United FC and Chelsea FC to name a few.
