💔 Important Announcement 💔

As many of you may have seen from Vintage Village at Stockport Market Hall recent posts, they have had to cancel their event, scheduled for 22nd March 2026.

It is with great regret that we have made the difficult decision that The Vintage Village can no longer continue to operate financially.

Over recent times, we’ve seen a shortfall in traders and a decline in visitor numbers. Added to this, other funded vintage events are being held at the same venue throughout 2026 – events that we are not included in – meaning we simply cannot compete.

For 16 years, The Vintage Village has been such a huge part of Stockport’s vintage history, and none of that would have been possible without you. Thank you to every single person who visited, traded with us, and supported us along the way.

Sadly, this is the end of an era.

As many of you will have seen, by our recent posts, we have had to cancel the 22nd March 2026 event. Sadly, with regret we have come to the cont that The Vintage Village can no longer continue to operate financially, due to the shortfall in traders & dwindling attendance numbers. Together, with the advent of other funded vintage events taking place at the same venue during 2026 which do not include The Vintage Village, we simply cannot compete with this. Best wishes to everyone & thank you for helping to make a large piece of Stockport’s vintage history over the last 16 years. sadly, this is an end of an era.
