✨ My Dress ✨ It feels quite surreal to finally be talking about MY dress! For so many years Iv wondered what would I choose to have? Well finally the moment came when I got to make those decisions … and it wasn’t easy! …. I chose a full glitter tulle base (because when else could I sparkly so brightly?!) overlayed with a beautifully embellished lace full of beads and sequin appliquéd flowers. Paying extra attention to the asymmetric detailing on the cuffs and waistline a fine seed bead trim was hand sewn and fresh water pearl buttons fastened the back. A dramatic mikado silk overskirt pleated in to the corset basque that could be removed later on when the dance floor was calling my name! I felt like a princess for the day and wish I could do it all again! … well lucky me I get to continue making beautiful dresses for many more years to come yet!
