Send help, I'm drowning in petticoats and tulle!!

I'm currently working on one of the biggest projects I've had in a while but I'm nearly finished 🙌☺️

This is what Adam saw as he passed my sewing room this week. I'm hot, I'm tired, but I can't wait to see this dress finally fitting perfectly ❤️

A slow start to today. I absolutely love handsewing the finishing touches to your beautiful gowns and I think it's a therapeutic job for me, it gives me a chance to be still and appreciate the finer details. I'm feeling very grateful and reflective today ❤️ I hope you're all having a lovely Easter bank holiday 🐰🐣 xx

Friday 31st March 2023 - The day I became full time self employed.

I've had my last ever shift working part time at Millets today, to pursue my business full time. It's been my dream to get to this point for so long and now it's finally happening.
I'm filled with so many emotions;
Happiness to have achieved something that once felt so out of reach.
Sadness for leaving such an amazing team of colleagues.
Anxiety for what the future holds.
Gratitude to every single customer who has helped me reach this milestone.
Pride in myself for believing I could get here and pushing through every hurdle.
And so much love to all of my family and friends who have cheered me on every step of the way and supported my dream.

My next chapter starts today, wish me luck! ✨

When looking for the perfect gown we always fall with our hearts first! 💕 But sometimes the dress of our dreams may not be "practical" as the lace bodices are sometimes VERY shear. I offer a bra insert service, you supply the perfect skin tone bra and I expertly fix it within the dress, problem solved! 🥰
