Hi everyone, just a wee favour to ask about orders paid in cash on collection 🤍
I’m happy to keep offering this option, but please bear in mind when ordering that your order will usually be ready within a few days. I pride myself on getting your lovely gifts ready quickly, and sometimes that means early mornings and late nights behind the scenes.
Lately, more and more finished orders are sitting for a week or longer waiting to be collected and paid for, and I need to be honest, it’s having an impact on my wee business.
It’s just me here, and the stock, materials and bills all have to be paid before I get a wage. When I finish the week looking at a shelf full of uncollected orders, that’s my wages sitting there, or money I need to buy stock for the next lot of gifts.
I know life gets busy and things crop up, I really do ❤️ All I ask is that you’re ready to collect and pay within a few days of hearing your order is ready. If you need it for a later date, let me know when ordering so we can arrange a time that suits.
I’d love to keep cash on collection as an option, and collecting promptly helps me do that. Thank you for understanding and for always supporting me and my wee business 🤍
