Two women. Two generations. One shared belief is that fashion should mean more than just buying something new.

Emergence Restock began with conversations about waste, creativity, community, and a desire to create something different here in Stroud.

What began with clothing slowly became something bigger:
a space for people to connect, learn skills, collaborate, repair, create and rethink the way we consume fashion.

For us, this isn’t just about selling clothes.

It’s about:
• extending the life of garments
• supporting creativity
• building confidence
• sharing knowledge
• creating opportunities
• making sustainability feel accessible instead of exclusive

We believe fashion can still feel expressive, exciting and beautiful without constantly buying into fast trends.

And we believe community matters just as much as clothing.

This project is still growing, evolving and finding its feet, but we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead.

Bring those clothes that aren't doing it for you into SVP eco shop to SWAP!

Get a whole new look for nothing, and reduce textile waste at the same time.

This year we're asking you to sort the clothes into categories in the eco shop; once you've dropped them into the relevant boxes, you'll get a token. Bring it to the Trinity Rooms Community Hub on Sunday 31 May during their Repair Cafe between 11am and 2pm... and the magic will happen!

As if that weren't enough, Emergence Restock will be there to help you bring a new lease of life to an upcycling or fixing project.

Learn to repair, mend and rework your clothes with us ♻️

We’re hosting a relaxed hands on workshop exploring simple mending and repair techniques to help extend the life of your wardrobe.

Whether it’s:
• holes
• loose seams
• visible mending
• small repairs
• creative alterations

this workshop is about learning practical skills, reducing waste and reconnecting with the clothes you already own.

No experience needed.

Bring along:
• garments needing repair
• sewing bits if you have them
• curiosity and creativity
