Silky Sole Sisters Ladies Running Club for beginners and Advanced, A Run England registered group encouraging new runners into sport for fitness, fun & weight loss.

we will meet Tuesday at 6.15 for Advanced class and 7pm for beginners,
Also Thursday 7pm for open class,
The sessions cost £2.00, under 14yrs free
You can also buy hats & vests hoodies with Silky Sole Sisters on to keep you warm and visible
