One of the conversations I have most often in the studio is with women apologising for their bodies.
"My hips are too wide."
"I'm too short."
"My shoulders are too broad."
"I'm such a difficult shape."
And every single time I say the same thing...
"There is no such thing as a perfect body."
Yesterday, I met a client who, by almost every traditional measure, had what many people would call the "ideal" figure.
And do you know what surprised me?
She was one of the hardest women I've ever dressed.
Not because there was anything wrong with her shape, but because creating balance, proportion and effortless style isn't about having a certain body. It's about understanding your body.
It reminded me that dressing well has very little to do with size or perfection. It's about finding clothes that work with you, rather than simply fitting you.
After years of dressing women of every age, shape and size, I'm more convinced than ever that confidence doesn't come from having the "perfect" figure.
It comes from wearing clothes that make you feel like the very best version of yourself.

And that's why I love what I do.
