Happy Sunday everyone..
It's that time of year where we have to meet our license requirements and submit our yearly reports to the Ministry Of Defence Brand Licensing.
This we have to do every year, we submit all our sales for the previous year where we have used Defence Branding Copyright material with the calculated commission that is payable to the MOD to be an Approved, Licensed supplier.
We are extremely proud to be a licensed supplier and to be authorised to use the Ships Crest, Regimental Insignia and Squadron Crests. We are proud of this because by going about our business in a proper professional manner ensures that even though we are a micro company we support the MOD in the best and correct manner. We do not profiteer from using the Defence Branded Licensed material like other business who we have to compete with locally doing the same work. These businesses (from what we have seen) are also not conforming to the brand guidelines for what they are supplying, embroidering and printing because they have not been through the vetting and approval process that we have and that took nearly a year!!
So, apologies for the long post. And if we do quote for your work and we are a little bit more expensive it's not because we are trying to make that bit more money from you, it's because we have a contractual process to follow in supporting our Armed Forces.
