Within the grounds - 3 tennis courts ๐พ, table tennis ๐, a fabulous play park ๐, boules ๐ฑ, giant chess, as well as 3 all year round fishing lakes ๐ฃ. 2 fenced in beach areas for the icklies to have a paddle and build sandcastles ๐๏ธ, and more, at no extra charge.
There is also a foosball and 2 pool tables (ยฃ1 per game).
There is so much choice for the children, adults, or just relax and unwind. The grounds are wonderfully tranquil ๐.

We have a fantastic choice of pubs and restaurants, many within walking distance, to enjoy delicious fresh food and drink. Hang up the car keys and relax to enjoy the calming view ๐. And the lovely town of Cirencester is a 10-15min drive away.
