item within 14 days for a full refund or in exchange for another item providing we both reach an agreement on the exchange. I will not accept or refund if item has been worn, washed, tumble dried or damaged. I send all clothing items special delivery, it is your responsibility to choose a reliable postal service to ensure safe return. I will refund when I receive item. I cannot refund postage unless I am at fault and it is agreed between us
