Absolutely lovely when a customer is so pleased with the service that they pop back with chocolates and biscuits for the staff!
Thankyou to the kind lady whose shoes fell apart 10 minutes before she was due to be in the church for a funeral. We allowed the lady to leave with her new shoes and pop back later to pay for them to ensure she wasn’t late!
