I have been involved in the tarpaulin trade for over 30 years and last 2 years delved into auto upholstery. I am proper OCD, I am not the quickest out there but my attention to detail is worth waiting for. I have just recently acquired my new premises having worked from home the last 13 years. Currently my business works on a par time basis but my future plans are to have this as my retirement venture.

Been out this morning on an early job. The customer will edge this with some grey cladding to tie it all in. I'd knocked this stuff on the head as you need space for manufacturing this kind of work but it just fitted within my realms. Colour is stunning in a nice shiny anthracite grey, zips fused in with the HF welder. I'm not a fan of stitching zips in, especially on large panels like this as my OCD can't deal with it. Plastic retaining clips with a stainless roll up bar in the bottom pocket. Nice sunny day with a real good customer of mine/ friend 😀

When my customer Richard Yapp brought his car in to have his new Bikini top fitted he brought to my attention a fitted cover previously designed to fit without the roll cage and the original seats. Adding in the roll cage and taller seats pretty much wiped this cover out. His words, not mine, nobody wanted to touch it. This is where my Tarpaulin skills align and I quickly shaped around the obstacles and got it to fit and reach all the fixings points, but to do that I also had to create headrest covers and stitch them into the cover. This fitted absolutely perfect, where previously we were over 12" away from the front press studs located in the dashboard. Richard thankyou for the challenge. 😊

Bikini top. I've been working on this little project on and off over the last couple of years with Chuckie T Taylor . Tinkering here and there, getting the shape and fit right and some of the finishing touches that make all the difference. Now I can finally say I can offer an affordable option to what's already out there and even better still in 3 different colours. Black, Burgundy and Green. It comes in an oversized carry all too to keep it in tip top condition and of course enough room for you to put some day clothing, sandwiches and stuff like that in there too. Received these lovely pictures of some cushions that I made. The customer was over the moon with them, they chose well, the materials really suited the environment.. Definitely beats those skinny seating pads that you can buy off the shelf, plenty of cushioning there now to enable the customer to spend endless hours relaxing without cutting the circulation off in their legs .😊
