Stunning Light Oak Model 42 Chair by Kai Kristiansen for Schou Andersen, circa 60's.

This Model 42 or Z-Chair is one of the most iconic chairs created by the famous Danish designer Kai Kristiansen.

This chair is spacious and comfortable, enhanced by the swivel back. Its shape is characterised by the edgy half arm and inclining rear legs.

A stand out piece of design history that would look stylish in any vintage/contemporary setting.

John Herbert for A. Younger Mid Century Teak and Afromosia Dining Table and Four Matching A. Younger Dining Chairs.

This is a British Mid-Century Modern dining table designed by John Herbert and manufactured by A. Younger Ltd in Scotland, circa 60's.

This beautiful table, features a sculptural frame and legs in afromosia wood contrasting with a large teak table top showing vibrant wood grain details.

The table offers the option to extend, with the butterfly leaf design accommodating up to 6 people.

The matching John Herbert for A. Younger Mid Century Teak and Afromosia Dining Chairs are in fantastic condition.

The table has been restored and is in good vintage condition with only very minor marks comseurate with age.

A beautiful and very desirable piece from G Plan, which combines tremendous amounts of storage and practicality with stunning looks.

The elegant design and build quality of G Plan's Fresco range has led to it being one of the most sought after mid century furniture lines. Designed by Victor (V.B.) Wilkins, the range combined the sleek and sculptural aesthetic of Italian furniture with the definitive Scandinavian style that was so popular at the time. In fact, so fond of the Scandi look was Wilkins that it's not unusual for his designs to be incorrectly attributed to the better known Danish designer Ib Kofod-Larsen.

Made from beautifully figured teak with Afromosia handles, door frames and legs, this piece is in great vintage condition and has decades of useful life still ahead of it. In the modern setting this piece would be perfectly suited to accommodate a TV, but is of course equally at home in a hallway or dining room. We've also seen sideboards similar to this one being used very effectively in bedrooms, where the storage really comes into it's own.

Kurt Østervig For Fdb Møbler Denmark Light Oak Dining Chairs x 6
A superb set of 6 dining chairs, designed by Kurt Østervig for FDB, circa 60's.

The light oak frames feature curved panel backs, supported by shaped straight legs and newly reupholstered.

These chairs are an iconic style designed by Østervig, they are solid and sturdy with a great tone to the wood, with age related light scuffs and wear to the finish. Great chairs, great designer, great look.

All the chairs bear the makers attribution stamps underneath.

These chairs are an iconic design by Danish designer Niels Koefoed, circa 60's, with beautifully elegant curved ladder backs, struts and legs and olive green leather seat coverings.
