Tree babies - mindful, creative sessions to connect wth yourself, your baby and nature!

We’re at The Natal Bean again on Monday 28th October running two sessions, 10am and 11.30am. We’ll base ourselves inside for the session and try and pop out for a bit weather permitting!

We’ll be crafting a nature photo frame for a gorgeous Polaroid of our babies!

What a beautiful Tree Babies session today at The Natal Bean! We spent some time inside doing some grounding and gentle stretching before heading outside (the rain stopped, yay!!) to do some mindfulness and working with each of our senses. Absolutely loved how everyone got their babies involved in holding leaves or touching tress 🥰 Then we came inside to do nature crafting and made flower crowns for the little ones and a little bunch of flowers for mums 🌿

Cannot wait to run Tree Babies in Stubbington on Monday at The Natal Bean, looking forward to seeing you there! We still have space on both 10am and 11.30am session if you fancy trying a gorgeous nature based, mindful session!

Your baby can be any age to attend - we use flowers/herbs etc to craft and hopefully they’ll give you a few mins to do some mindfulness. (That’s why I suggest pre walking!)

We still plan to be outside and I’ll provide mats/blankets etc. The weather has been very wet recently so we do have the option to come indoors if it’s really wet.

Well that Southern sunshine has evaded us today! We typically run in all weathers but when the rain is this bad we always postpone. So let’s hope the sun is shining next week (please?!)

I’ve relocated from the midlands and I’m so excited to start these gorgeous outdoor sessions in Titchfield, every Friday.

I provide mats to sit on, blankets, tea, biscuits and all the craft material for our activity.
