Quick message for Plaxtol Primary School parents/carers

I have got excess stock of
White PE tops (most sizes)
Bottle tracksuit tops (most sizes)
Round neck Bottle sweatshirts (mainly 6/7 and 7/8 size)
Due to overstocking I am able to sell the T-shirts for £3:50 instead of £7
The tracksuit tops are usually £12 but I can sell them for £7
The round neck sweatshirts are usually £12 but I can sell them for £8.
If you are interested in purchasing any of these items then please message me asap and I will let you know if I have the size/item you require

Good afternoon everyone

I hope you are all having an amazing summer break. It’s like winter today but the warm sun is due back in our region tomorrow so don’t despair.

Just thought I’d let you know that I am starting to run low on mid size sweatshirts and cardigans for many of the schools that I supply and the suppliers are taking much longer to dispatch replacement stock due to workloads.
If you still require school uniform from me can you please send me your orders now to guarantee it for September. I can hold on to your order until you are ready for it.

I have several dozen orders put by for parents and carers. If you know that I am holding on to your order and you are now ready to have it delivered can you please message me and I will arrange it.

With just 2 days until the little ones break up for the summer, this is a final reminder for anyone needing uniform from me for September to order it TODAY please. I will rush it to the school office tomorrow for free for you to pick up (I can home deliver during the summer but this will cost £2:50).

For parents/carers with children at all other schools that I supply, can you please finalise and send me your orders asap. I will then arrange a home delivery asap

Good afternoon everyone

With only 3-4 weeks before the summer holidays, this is just a quick message to parents and carers needing uniform in September for Brenchley and Matfield, Ightham and Plaxtol primary schools.
If you haven’t already done so, can you please start sending me your uniform orders. This will guarantee delivery to the school office (for free) before the children break up and give time for swaps.
Whilst I can home deliver during the summer, it will cost £2.50 and items may sell out at the suppliers.

Can parents and carers at the other schools that I supply and not mentioned, can you also finalise your orders and send them to me soon please. I can put your order to one side for you and payment/delivery can be arranged for a later date. This will guarantee your order being complete and give you peace of mind.

Good morning everyone.

With the summer term about to begin on Monday, can I please give my usual reminder to parents and carers to start thinking about uniform for September.

If you need a price list for your school then just send me your email address and I’ll ping one over.

If you will want to order any items from me then my advice, as always, is to order early. This avoids the summer rush and guarantees I will have everything you require for their return to school. All suppliers run out of certain stock during the summer.

If you prefer, I can put your order aside for now then payment and delivery can be made during the summer, you can then relax knowing your order will be complete and just needs delivering.

Delivery charges are £1:50 in Tonbridge and £2:50 outside Tonbridge.

Hi Everyone

Just a quick note letting you know that I can no longer get hold of the reversible jackets from my suppliers for any of the schools that I supply so I am discontinuing this line. I have got a few of the jackets left in stock for each of the schools that I supply and will be selling them for £10 instead of £19 to clear them.
To see If I have the size that you need in stock please message me and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

The jackets are fleece lined, showerproof and perfect for this cold weather. They also have a hood that hides in the collar until needed then you fold it away again when finished with.

Hi everyone

I hope you are all keeping well

After 4 years without increasing the price of my school uniform, massive energy price hikes, petrol rises, stationery increases, uniform supplier price increases, wholesaler rises etc etc mean than from 1 March 2023 I will unfortunately need to increase the prices on most items of my school uniform to cover these additional costs. I have however kept these price rises as low as I can as I know how tough times are for everyone and hope that you understand my reasons for them.

The great quality of the uniform that I provide will not alter and I will still be doing my utmost to complete your orders as quickly as possible - on many occasions within 24 hours.

If you require any school uniform and would like to purchase some at the current prices before the rises kick in, then please message me before 1 March.

If you would like a price list with the price increases then please send me your email address and the school name and I’ll email you one.

Good afternoon everyone

Just a quick message for IGHTHAM school parents/carers that have recently ordered the burgundy hoodies.
The supplier is currently out of stock of a couple of the sizes but they are due back in stock next Tuesday. They will then embroider the badge and print the reflective writing on the whole batch of hoodies before sending the order out to me next weekend. I will then contact everyone individually to let them know that their hoodie(s) are ready.

Good Afternoon everyone

I hope your summer is going well and you are enjoying this gorgeous weather.

Just a quick message to remind you that if you have ordered your school uniform from me for summer delivery then (unless You have told me you are away or don’t want it just yet) it is all assembled and ready to be delivered. Please contact me and I’ll get it to you on a week day that suits you.

If you haven’t yet ordered your school uniform for the new term then there is still time so please message me and I’ll assemble your order ASAP. I still have stock of most items but the levels are beginning to drop very quickly and the suppliers are also starting to struggle keeping up with orders. As long as you don’t leave it till the last minute I’ll do everything I can to have your uniform ready for going back.

Thank you all for your continued support and kind messages. During a manic day they really do mean a lot.
