As some of you may know, the organic lab has been on hiatus since September, when I accepted a design job in London. Sadly I’ve had neither the time or space to take my sewing machine, so I’ve had to hit pause on making. While I’ve enjoyed a little break and not having threads all over me, finally being able to wear nail polish and not having pin holes in all my fingers 😅 I’ve been itching to get back to the cutting table. With that being said, I’m hoping to start sampling a few ideas that’ve been accumulating since September so keep your eyes peeled for updates!

A little quiet on here lately, I’ve been making for the joy of making and figuring out a different way of doing business.

Currently just enjoying the journey and loving creating, I’ll have more to show very soon, including new accessories and trialling out a custom jeans system…

Here's the link to my first step by step tutorial, bundle dyeing. I always get messages of how beautiful the prints look from this but most people don't realise how easy it is to do yourself. This is such a relaxing and satisfying skill to learn, you really can't go wrong.

My first newsletter is being sent out tomorrow! I’m hoping to give very occasional updates on new designs, fabric and prototypes as well as general information about what goes on behind the screen + the sewing machine.
