There is a quiet luxury in knowing something was made because of you.

Not for the market, not for the trend cycle. For you.

My made-to-order jewellery allows you to take a design and make it yours.

Perhaps you want a particular texture, a different stone or a certain width or finish.

Something softer.

Something more substantial.

Something that simply feels right when you put it on.

You tell me what you're drawn to, I listen and then I take those choices into the forge and shape them by hand.

It's a more considered way of buying jewellery, and perhaps that's the point. You aren't simply selecting an object, you're choosing how you want to be adorned.

The Choice

You don't need more jewellery, you need the right piece. There is a big difference.

The right piece doesn't compete with you, or is just an add on to your outfit, it reveals something.

A strength you had forgotten, a softness you hadn't given yourself permission to inhabit. A chapter you're ready to close and a new one beginning beneath the surface.

This is why I believe choosing jewellery can be an intuitive act. You can feel when something is yours. Perhaps it's the texture beneath your fingertips, the weight of silver resting against your skin or the way a particular stone seems to hold your gaze a little longer than others.

Listen to that.

Because the jewellery you are called to wear often has very little to do with what is currently fashionable, but has everything to do with who you are and who you are becoming.

It's not always easy holding onto your magic.

This week has been another tough one and I'm preparing for another round of battling the doctors.

I honestly feel like I've lost so much of myself over the last few years, but having The Fabeld Forge is a glimmer of light in the darkness. Getting to help other women that feel lost, small and powerless feel more like themselves means so much to me.
