The Eden Leadership Pathway 🌱

A 15-month leadership development programme designed to help aspiring and existing leaders build the confidence, self-awareness and practical skills needed to lead effectively in today's world.

Throughout my 30-year career in senior leadership roles, I saw the same challenge time and time again.

People were often promoted because they were excellent at their job, but they were never taught how to lead.

Many found themselves feeling overwhelmed, lacking confidence, struggling with difficult conversations, managing teams, making decisions and trying to balance the many demands that leadership brings.

That's why I created The Eden Leadership Pathway.

This isn't traditional management training.

It's a leadership development journey that starts with the most important person in the room...

You.

Over 15 monthly modules, we'll explore everything from self-awareness and emotional intelligence to communication, resilience, decision-making, team development and strategic thinking, helping you become the confident, capable leader you know you're capable of being.

I'm also delighted to share that the inaugural June cohort is already fully booked!!

Due to the small cohort size of just 4 delegates, places are intentionally limited to ensure every participant receives maximum value and personal attention throughout the programme.
