Kizzyka Designs Examples of my work, butterfly embroideries and dragons. when and where workshops and events will take place. This page shows examples of my work.

I do quite a mixture. Primarily I am an embroiderer. I have trained at the Royal School of Needlework and achieved my Certificate, with merit. I love Crewelwork and Canvaswork. I also create freestyle pieces. I have created a range of butterflies worked on and in Organza and silk. I also make felt and knit. My workshops cover all these aspects. I am happy to work with anyone aged 8 -80. My worksho

ps are felt making, knitting, a range of embroidery techniques, and design. I am a qualified primary school teacher and currently work in schools delivering textiles and history workshops. I am part of the Timezones company. I can come to you, or if there are enough people I have a room I can hire.

Solstice images.
June 2020 I watched the Solstice sunrise at Stonhenge, it was a grey, misty, ethereal event. The sun never really appeared. There were two crows swirling in and out of the mist landing on the stones. Although I was watching online it felt special.
These two panels were made to try and capture it.

I shall be knitting at the Minerva Gallery in Llanidloes as part of . I shall be back there on Sunday stewarding for The Wool and Willow Festival
