Another beautiful bride Natalie who finally got to tie the knot recently!
Her dress just needed shortening & shoulders lifting, the flower girls both needed their dresses taking in & shoulders lifting & the gorgeous big bows attaching 😍

Trying to work my way through posting photos that my brides have sent me!
Had the pleasure of working with both of these lovely brides & bridesmaids for this wedding! Keri on the left just needed her dresses shortened, Tasha needed work on the bodice & shoulders as well as shortening.

This wedding dress alteration was pretty special because it was my sisters!! And I love this dress style so much and it was perfect for her! ❤️
Alterations were minimal in order to make it fit just right, a lift on the shoulders, hem shorten, a reshape down the back, and a few tweaks to the beautiful sleeves!

…..It’s been a very busy few weeks!! 🧵🪡…..
In order to get through this mountain of work I have I’m currently not taking new bookings, I’m hoping to be back to normal by the end of June! I do apologise as I hate to let people down but this season has gone crazy with weddings & proms.
……All existing bookings obviously won’t be cancelled & if you’re waiting for prom refits I’ll be in touch very soon! Thankyou!! ❤️

Just a friendly reminder I run by appointment only as I work from home. Please if you’ve booked in can you let me know if you’re running late or can no longer make that specific time. I run my family life and sewing time around my appointments so a heads up is always appreciated!

This is a lovely place to visit, a new cafe & knitting shop in Great Sankey. Was fun doing a commission for this shop making sets of bags, purses, knitting needle & crochet needle holders, that are on sale in the upstairs shop. I also have a display of my own designs of bags & purses in the cafe here too that can be purchased.

Another recent wedding dress! I always describe my brides as lovely but they all are lovely 🥰
This dress didn’t need much doing fit wise just lifting the shoulders, but I removed some interior layers & the train to take away some volume, and shortened the hem a little.

Some stunning photos from a wedding last Saturday! This dress needed a lot of work, taking in quite a bit at the sides of the bodice, the bust, shoulders & skirt plus hem shortening x lots of intricate lace work which I love! ♥️
