Well can't believe it's been so long since there has been anything to post with the pandemic over the past couple of years! Been busy still with online sales and lots of production still going on at HQ. I've also added 4 gorgeous Teeswater sheep to my fibre flock so lots of beautiful long, curly, soft fleeces to work with.
Finally doing my first show in 2 years at the Bath and West Showground and my favourite show Craft4Crafters! Doing 3 workshops a day over 3 days..spinning, weaving and scrumble crochet. All set up and going well and lots of lovely products for fellow woolly artists

The rovings I dyed recently are all washed, dried and braided. Quite pleased with how these turned out and more to add to the ever growing stock for the fast approaching fairs. As predicted storm Ciara is unleashing her fury today so I have battered down the hatches and will carry on with this cushion I started on the loom last night. Back to the windy, wet and grey days so working on some dyed roving this morning to make braids ....more stock for March at and have some links and purples in the dye bath on the aga and some greens and rusts drying on the front. When they are dry I will braid them up and post some pictures. Happy Sunday all have a nice relaxing chilled day.

Good morning all. Today I am going to a wedding inspiration day at the beautiful Maunsel House where I did a Christmas Fair last month. My youngest daughter is getting married next year so we are off this morning to have a look around. The rest of the gang are coming later today for dinner so a pretty full day here at Casalana HQ. It's a lovely bright, cold and frosty morning just how I like winter to be! I had to kick the frozen water out with my wellies this morning for thr geese, ducks and chicken. Later this evening when normality returns i shall be starting an order which came through on Etsy yesterday for 300gr of this gorgeous Leicester Longwool lock spun skein. Have a lovely Sunday whatever you are doing today

Good morning all. Another wet, windy, cold day will this rain ever stop! This afternoon I have a beginners crochet class here at Casalana HQ and we are going to attempt to make a beanie hat. For the rest of the day and this evening I shall be finishing the socks I started yesterday as I don't intend to go out in this weather at all! Have a good day all
