Good morning! ☀️ I noticed we have had a few new follows on this page so wanted to update everyone. Sadly, our original week never happened due to the pandemic and life subsequently taking our focus’ elsewhere. However, our vision to bring a sustainable fashion project to Wellington has been reborn in the form of a new collaboration happening this year! 🎉

Please take a look at The Local Folk, Slow and Circular Upcycling Studio and Olive and Rosy for updates on the Slow and Circular workshop series running seasonally, along with clothes swaps.

If you were interested in joining our original week, this could definitely be something you will enjoy ♻️ I will share the first event link below and more info on booking is available via The Local Folk website.

Hi all, in light of everything that's happening at the moment we are having talks about potentially moving these events to later in the year. They won't be cancelled, if we do move them, so please keep registering your interest for any of the workshops and sessions and we will keep you posted with all updates. Rachael Louise

Hi from Nisha and Rachael and welcome to our page for the first Wellington's Sustainable Fashion Week. A week to finally fall back in love with your wardrobe.

In a world where fast fashion is becoming a throwaway commodity, we want to slow things down and make you really think about what you wear, how you wear it and how long you do.

We have lots on during the week, please see our events for more details. p.s please don't be alarmed when you are taken to a Digital Studio's website for more details. This is my "full-time work website" and just a place to house information for this event.

We hope to see many of you there to take part and enjoy the week.
