Where possible, my preference is to reduce, reuse, repair, recycle.
I’ve been posting out masks in plastic wrappers (recycled ones of course!) but using them made me grimace so I’m trying out recyclable stitched paper envelopes. I used to work at a printers nearly 20 years ago and I’m still using the rolls of paper they threw away!
The main reasons to package them flat is for storage and also Royal Mail’s large letter price is half the price of a parcel over 2.5cms thick. Has anyone got postage tips or recommendations?

I did my first Instagram poll this week and it seems lots of people want plain and simple black face coverings! 🖤

I’ve been busy stitching up a limited run of x30 medium sized masks, all in black 100% cotton. They are super soft yet durable, made with a 140gsm cotton exterior and a lightweight cotton lawn 70gsm interior.

I wasn’t lying when I told you the crocheted face scrubbies were long lasting! ♻️

The bottom one I crocheted last week, the top one I made myself over two years ago! I road test all products and have been washing my face with these reusable pads everyday for a long time now. The only difference is after all this use is a slight colour change as I throw them in a hot wash with my coloured laundry.
