I've just been informed that two thirds of Vibrant Vintage have signed themselves up to this local vintage/collectable flea market organised by Paul’s curiosities in Atherton on Sunday 17th May! As many of you know we are slowly selling off our remaining stock, therefore we have lots of bargains up for grabs.

Trying to keep two thirds of Vibrant Vintage busy by signing them up to another Westhoughton Yard Sale! I’m just worried they have started to sale my things I leave at their house for safe keeping!!!

We always loved receiving photos from our customers with their purchases, whether it was a new dress, piece of furniture or something more unusual.

We are grateful to FrenchPress Coffee Shop for sending us this lovely photo of “our“ shop settee in it‘s new home in Westhoughton. We think it looks fab and are looking forward to visiting soon!

❤️ Every vintage piece has a story and this sofa’s story will continue ❤️

I’m sure some of you will remember our lovely, comfy 1930’s sofa that we had in the shop (and the cups of tea we drank on it). We acquired the sofa from the family of a local lady who had recently passed away. The sofa had been purchased as a wedding gift and had been in the family since 1933.

We loved that the sofa became a focal point of our shop. When we closed Vibrant Vintage we had planned to reupholster the sofa but never got round to doing so.

We are delighted to say that the sofa has found a new home with a local cafe and we’re so happy to know this wonderful piece will continue to be enjoyed for years to come 🥰

Looking forward to popping into FrenchPress Coffee Shop soon to enjoy a cup of tea (and maybe a cake) on the comfiest sofa ever!

A belated thank you to everyone who visited us as part of the second Westhoughton Yard Sale last Sunday. We had a lovely morning but had to pack up early due to the weather when our gazebo below away and drenched Kath!! Looking forward to the next one!
