🌳Climate Carnival brings a green-themed event to Weston🌳

This FREE event kick-starts the weekend here in . The Climate Carnival is a community-led procession along the seafront, gathering outside the Tropicana from 10am and featuring a kaleidoscopic display of environmentally-themed carnival arts. Spectacles include carnival hats and carnival outfits, colourful flags and banners - all created out of reused materials sourced from the local area and made at Climate Workshops led by local and national artists throughout the summer.

Yesterday my nieces made giant flowers at the awesome climate carnival workshop at Artspace and on Tuesday afternoon there is another chance to work on an outfit re using and upcycling fabric and materials for the parade on the 9th September
