15 years ago, our mum built this business from absolutely nothing.

Over the past 3 months, she has faced every challenge thrown at her; injury, illness, fire, staff abandonment, all during our busiest time.

We have worked hard as a team, pulled together, found solutions, kept our customers served, and kept moving forward.

👺 To those sitting back waiting for us to fail, and placing bets on our downfall:

You've clearly underestimated what we're made of (☀️which is much brighter than you must realise ⭐️) Every setback has only made us stronger and more focused to deliver to our customers.

🫶🏻 Retirement will come as a natural progression for mum, but on her terms and no one else's.

SL will only close its doors when WE decide it's time, not because of anyone else's predictions or hopes.

Come on guys if you know us you should know this by now..🙌🏼🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Just taking some time to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing customers!

This 6 week holiday season has been crazy! (this last weekend up there with the busiest 😅) and we couldn’t have done it without your patience, support, and kind energy you bring to us.

Your kindness never goes unnoticed and more often than not you make our days brighter ones!

You’ve truly been apart of the SL Laundries family, mucking in with us, waiting so kindly when things got hectic, and keeping us smiling along the way. 💛

We’re secretly looking forward to the school holidays winding down next week for a tiny breather 🙌🏼… although let’s be honest, we never really stop 🤣

From all of us at SL Laundries ~ thank you for being the best part of what we do. 💕

🙏 A Little Addition to Our Previous Post 🙏

We realised we missed some very important people when sharing about the fire. Alongside our amazing firefighter Kerrie, our brilliant manager Sarah was also right there, helping to keep everything under control 👩🏻‍🚒 💗

And we can’t forget the lads from The Magpie who didn’t think twice about stepping in and putting themselves in danger to help us stop the fire. Absolute legends, we are so grateful for you all. 👏🔥🧑🏻‍🚒

As a thank you, we treated them to a well deserved Botham’s 🥐🍩 Because why not!

We couldn’t be prouder of the people around us! staff, friends, and customers who pulled together. Truly, it takes a team!
