Today’s preview for the upcoming Fantasy Forest are vintage capes-everyone is a beauty! 💜 Everyone needs a cape in their life.

We have vintage nurses capes, Bavarian wool, British 60’s, theatrical velvet, opera, hooded, silk, a rare Wippell clergy cape, Inverness and a tweed! Phew!

All will be for sale over the weekend on our stall just by Steam Nation.

And don’t forget, a cape is for life-not just for Fantasy Forest 😁

Gorgeous vintage dresses which will be for sale on our stall Fantasy Forest ☺️ 🌺.

There’s some absolutely amazing florals, raw silks and statement dresses currently being sorted, in a good varied range of sizes.

It’s the last couple of weeks getting stock ready and the staff at Sunday Best are working round the clock pulling it all together!

Fantasy Forest menswear preview day two. A few more gems which will be for sale on the stall over the festival weekend (not available online sorry).

It’s military with a bit of braided bling mixed in ☺️. The highlight is undoubtedly the jacket on the far right 💜.

A rare item on our shores, it’s an American West Point Academy full dress grey jacket-absolutely beautiful. Military tailoring at its finest, and steeped in tradition.

I’ve been sourcing these the past 12 months from all over the place and holding them back just for Fantasy Forest, you lucky people!

All one off’s, all unique, all beautiful ☺️. Not available online sorry ☹️, head over to Sunday Best Vintage at the festival-in a few weeks time!

A few more vintage beauties I’ve been saving up ready for Fantasy Forest.

Any of these are ideal for any cosplay or renfair event, and absolutely perfect for Fantasy Forest.

All of these vintage Bavarian dresses are made from good cotton linens (and wools) with dressmaking skills passed down through generations. They work, which is why the same styles and cuts are as popular today as they’ve always been 😊.

A few gems all ready to go for Fantasy Forest.

A selection of vintage Bavarian separates-light wool jackets with traditional staghorn buttons, corset tops, embroidered blouses 💜.

Any of these are good as a base for an outfit or to compliment a dress.

All gorgeous, all unique. Made from proper fabrics & tailored to fit right 👌🏻.

We’re starting to get stock together for Fantasy Forest coming up in a few weeks, I’ll post a few highlights of stock I’ve picked up the past 12 months ready for the event.

Firstly, all of these will be coming along. Antique French raw linen smocks from the 1920’s, all “new old stock”. Aren’t they magnificent! 💜

They can be worn as a base layer for an outfit-put a belt round and off you go. Or as a heavyweight summer dress, nightwear, or just for general wear 🤷🏻‍♂️.

They are simple cut, but made to last a lifetime, with endless possibilities 😊.
