I have been reborning now for about 20 years and have happy customers all around the world. Reborning is my hobby not a business. I love reborning and sell some of my reborns to others to fund this delightful and rewarding hobby. I only use the best quality products for my babies and paint using Genesis Heat Set Paints which do not fade with time and cannot be washed or rubbed off. These are trans
luscent paints which I use in many layers to create a realistic premature, newborn or toddler skintone complete with subtle veining, blushing and shading. The babies are weighted with glass granules and synthetic 'baby fat' to give them a realistic baby weight and padded with soft fibre fill to ensure the cuddle factor! I use only the best mohair, which I root directionally, one to two hairs at a time. This is sealed on the inside with a waterproof glue allowing for gentle washing and styling of the hair. If baby has open eyes I use glass eyes as I find these are the most realisitic as well as able to stand the test of time. My babies all come in the clothes they are wearing for their photographs along with a magnetic dummy, reborn birth certificate and reborn baby care sheet. They are carefully packaged and sent by courier to arrive at their destination usually within 1-3 days in the UK. Reborning is my hobby and I owe a debt of gratitude to all my customers for enabling me to continue with the hobby I love.
