Hi all I'm still here, still dispatching 😫🤣

We've just done a big sunday dispatch and have another big one already booked in, labels printed and going out tomorrow. All our parcels are leaving us on 24hr shipping.

Just a few things to remember
-If you ordered on the site please check your emails as we may have contacted you r.e your start back date.

-If you ordered via facebook or instagram please make sure you send us your ADDRESS and START BACK DATE, I still have around 30 people I have no address or start back date for. Your parcel wont be prioritised for your date if I dont have it, and cant leave me if I don't dont have your address. If you sent us it before last week or have moved house, please just send it again and make sure we are definitely aware of any change of address. My older messages sometimes wipe themselves out of my inbox so best to double check.

-Please check your full address is right. We've come across a few where the post code doesn't match the street name or doesn't exist. This is going to delay your parcel leaving and puts us at a stand still of sorting other parcels while we try to resolve it 😫

Please continue to bare with me on DMs over the next 2 days. I am now on an extremely tight schedule and have absolutely no spare time to be on DMs and replying to comments or its going to cause delays and my priority right now is getting this weeks start back dates out ❤️

PS - I'm having an issue with my messenger saying I have 3 unopened messages but have scrolled and scrolled and cant see any! If we've not been reading your messages, we might not be getting them. Please send us an email if its urgent 🙌🏼

REPOSTING

Hi everyone,

I hate to ask, but if your child's school returns on the 12th/13th and you don't need your order or dont need the rest of your order before their first day back (if you already received part of it), I'd really appreciate it if you could send me a message or email to let me know. If you can't hold off thats not a problem.

I'm working as quickly as I possibly can, but with the volume of messages and emails I'm receiving, the admin side of things is taking up a significant amount of my time. I'm currently working 16.5-hour days to get everyone's orders dispatched as quickly as possible and I am exhausted as I also have my children at home with me.

I have a temporary member of staff joining me on Tuesday to help. If you're able to wait until Tuesday-Wednesday for your order to be dispatched (delivery Wednesday-Thursday), it would take a huge amount of pressure off and allow me to prioritise those who have no back up uniform options.

We are currently prioritising orders returning 12th & 13th (we're just about on top of them) then will dispatch all the remaining orders. Just a reminder that I do have a temporary staff member joining me on tuesday which should speed up the process considerably! 🫶🏾

Please check your emails as you may have received an email from us R.E start back dates if you ordered online. We need to know your start back date so we can prioritise deliveries as royal mail will only take so many collections at a time from us.

Sorry I know I said I was going to send tracking every night but I've not been getting done until after 11pm every night so havent had time but I will try to get on top of this today. Though I have had a chunk of deliveries already arrive with people and another chunk due today/tomorrow

Hi girlies. Please can I ask again to make sure you have sent me your address and school start back date if you ordered uniform through Facebook or Instagram! I'm trying my best to keep on track but I have dozens of orders with no address and messenger wont let me search for anybody to message them first. Its taking up a lot of my time and I'm going to end up running off schedule trying to find people and their info 😫 thanks! 🫶🏾

OMG my back is in bits 😂 over 200 orders packed today - some have already been dispatched. Some are just waiting on last pieces being added.

As I've said already please bare with me on messages and getting back to comments. My priority right now is to whiz through dispatching as quickly as possible and I'll get back to messages and comments as and when I can. Please try not to message unless its urgent I.e giving address or changing address etc as doing admin just takes up extra time that I could be using to post.

When I dispatch your order you should get a shipped email or a tracking number sent over to you via DM that evening. Again these will be sent in bulk at the end of each day so I'm not wasting dispatching time sending emails, allowing me to get through packing and posting as quickly as possible.

Update - I have another delivery arriving tomorrow and one more on friday with the last of the uniform.

Please note my previous post regarding backpacks being due around this weekend, and coats are running around a week later due to having to perfect the design and quality. As I've said in previous posts this shouldnt be an issue anyway as they are winter puffer jackets so its probably still too warm for them right now anyway.

I will dispatch everything as it comes in - uniform and lunch bags, then backpacks then coats. So nothing is being held here waiting for something else to come in. No extra postage cost, so dont be surprised if your order comes in 2 parts.
