Gonna be a warm one tomorrow for open water swimming 🥵

Join us at 3 Sisters Waterski 7-8pm, you can do the full 1250m lap or the smaller 750m lap. If you've never been before, the water is clear and clean, it's warm and you can stand up on the 750m loop so it's very safe!

We've got 160 already registered and there's 70 spaces left ☺️

Does shoe stiffness really matter when selecting a shoe? The answer is maybe 🤷

So before you buy, it's certainly something you should at least be aware of 🙂🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️

We've had more great results over the last couple of weeks from coached athletes 😀

At Ironman Bolton 70.3 Sue Toppin finished 2nd in her AG and Dan Cox smashed his first 70.3 with a cracking 5:42 🤩🤩

At the Chester Triathlon, Neil Hunter won his age group and Dec Conley was 5th. Fiona Barlow also completed her first standard distance triathlon 😎

Nikki Chamberlain completed her eighth Comrades Marathon in South Africa in 9:27. This is a hilly double road marathon and one of the classic international ultramarathons 🥳

At the Ullswater Way Ultra Naomi Wright was 2nd female by ONLY two seconds!! Toby Pogson and David Lithgow also had sloid runs using the event as their longest training run, whilst Drew and Rosie Stevenson ran the 10 miler and had strong performances 🫶
