✨ Behind the scenes at Zaci Creations… ✨

This week I’m working my way through 70 stage school T-shirts for South Coast Ballet in preparation for their exciting show later this year! 🩰💙

Every T-shirt is printed with care, making sure it’s ready for all the talented dancers to wear with pride when they take to the stage. I absolutely love being part of these special moments and helping local groups bring their events to life.

As many of you know, it’s also the school holidays, so I’m juggling orders while being Mum at the same time. That means lots of early mornings, late evenings, and squeezing printing in whenever I can! ❤️

Chalk Hill Pre-School is a fantastic charity-run setting based in Willingdon, East Sussex, providing a warm, caring and nurturing environment for children aged 2–4 years. 💙 My journey has a new chapter…

Many of you already know that I’m autistic, but I recently received my ADHD diagnosis too.

That means I’m AuDHD – a term used when someone is both Autistic and has ADHD.

For years, I knew my brain worked differently. Some things made perfect sense through my autism diagnosis, but there were always other parts of me that didn’t quite fit. Now they do.

Being AuDHD can sometimes feel like having two brains pulling in different directions:
🧩 Craving routine… but getting bored by it.
⚡ Wanting to do everything… but struggling to get started.
💭 A mind that never stops.
🔊 Feeling overwhelmed by noise, lights, or busy environments.
😴 Feeling exhausted from masking and trying to keep up.

But it’s not all struggles.

Being AuDHD has also given me creativity, passion, empathy, determination, and the ability to see the world from a different perspective. It’s a huge part of who I am.

Receiving this diagnosis hasn’t changed who I am—it has simply helped me understand myself better. Looking back, so many things finally make sense.

I’m sharing this because I know there are others out there who might be wondering why they feel different. You’re not alone, and there is nothing “wrong” with your brain. Sometimes it’s just wired differently.
