It's been a while since I last posted anything..... Life has got in the way. I have just as many unfinished makes as completed, some of which I want to undo and start again so it's all fresh 🙄
What I have achieved in that time is;
1) a cosy jumper all for me! After researching lots of patterns I planned this out as I went and it was a real trial and error effort that worked out.
2&3) new baby means time toake something I've never done before.... 'Henrys blanket' pattern for a baby girl as a gift. Love the navy blue and pink together to step away from the stereotypical colour schemes.
4) In February we said goodbye to someone really special, my Nanny Rose 🌹. I made a rose brooch for her 5 children to wear when we said our final goodbyes. She could knit but not crochet, and I am the exact opposite!
5) My Queen and me, throwback to the 80's!
6) a t-rex mascot for a friend when she races. Hopefully it brings luck!!
