Thank you so much to everyone who visited my pop-up at lovely Old Grocery over the weekend! 🤗

It was my eleventh pop-up at Old Grocery and what a wonderful weekend it was!

It’s coming up to five years since I started Consciously Clothed and I’ve popped up in a lot of places! Community centres, village halls, summer fetes, school fetes, Manningtree Earth Festival, Colchester Eco Festival, University of Essex and many more.

I’ve have to admit it’s hard work. Sometimes when I think ahead about what’s involved, I wonder if it will be my last one. And then, when I’m at the pop-up I think oh no, this has all got to go back on the van and be unloaded at the other end. 😥

But it’s always a joy to spend time at Old Grocery and I’m very grateful to Della and Jonathan for having me back and for the opportunities that have come my way from being there.

It’s been lovely chatting with returning customers and new and also to see someone I haven’t seen for twenty years!

Lots of gorgeous Karen Millen clothes and accessories have been rehomed and a lovely selection of dresses too.
I’ve seen people walking along the high street wearing their preloved gems, calling in and walking out of the door wearing them too. It always makes me smile. 😊

Time to relax for a while and then back to the unloading. 🚐
