I created this “Merida” corset for a couple of months ago for CurioCity.
of seam allowance was left where possible to allow for future alterations, as these costumes are likely to be worn by many different people. A secret stretch panel in the side allows for movement and dance.

✨ What It Feels Like For A Girl- BBC Three series.
Made for “The Shaman”, played by Paris Lees who also wrote the book the series is based on.
Pattern taken from an existing high street garment.
Cut, made and fitted by me.
This and other things I made for this show were done to a very tight turnaround, so are not my finest work but I think it turned out well all things considered.
As they say- “the show must go on!”
