A lovely lady from Australia got in touch to ask if I could set a piece of seaglass into one of my crescent moon pendants. We did a little colour swatch with some of the seaglass I’d collected from the Channel Islands, and she picked this lovely piece, originally washed up on the shores of Jersey.

So this little bit of Jersey seaglass made its way to my studio in West Sussex, was made into a crescent moon pendant on eclipse day, and has now travelled all the way to its new home in Australia! 🌊✈️

Sometimes it’s not just about the jewellery, it’s about the journey and the story behind it. And I think that’s what makes pieces like this so special. 🌜💚

I’ve added a few more sessions to the calendar and there are still some spaces left if you’d like to join me in the studio! These workshops are relaxed, beginner friendly and a lovely way to spend time with friends or family while making your own silver jewellery.

Each class is hands on and kept small with just 4 spaces, so you’ll get plenty of guidance while shaping, soldering and finishing a piece that’s completely your own. It’s a really welcoming, creative couple of hours and perfect if you’ve been wanting to try something new.

All workshops take place at Orla James Jewellers in Broadwater, Worthing, home of their popular Wedding Ring Workshops and a brilliant space to create, chat and have fun.

It was an absolute pleasure to teach these lovely ladies at a Wishbone Ring Workshop I held at Orla James Jewellers in Broadwater, Worthing yesterday afternoon, celebrating a very special birthday! 🥂✨

A group of friends came along to learn the art of making their own sterling silver Wishbone Rings, or, as we’ve now decided to call them… Superwoman Rings!

Such a lovely afternoon of making, chatting and celebrating, and they all went home with a beautiful ring they’d made themselves.

Hammering, laughter, creativity and cake! The perfect combo! My three wonderful ladies absolutely smashed it tonight, sizing, shaping, forming and finishing their own unique hammered silver ring plus some very cute copper testers.
