With just 2 weeks left of the summer holidays, we really encourage all parents/carers to get your school uniform sorted as soon as possible!

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: We will be closed over the August Bank Holiday. Any uniform orders needed during this period will not be processed until Tuesday 1st September and WILL NOT be ready before the start of the school term.

We also cannot guarantee that we will have the stock you need at the end of August, so please don’t leave your uniform shopping until the last minute!

📦 CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
If you have placed a Click & Collect order, please make sure it is collected within 7 days of placing your order. Any orders not collected within 7 days will be refunded and the items returned to stock.

⏰ IMPORTANT ORDER DEADLINE
Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday 28th August will not be processed until Tuesday 1st September.

As we approach our busiest time of the year, we'd like to kindly remind all customers to book an appointment for uniform fittings.

To help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone, please note our fitting appointment policy:

✅ 1 adult per child attending a fitting appointment

We kindly ask that you avoid bringing additional family members where possible. We completely understand that starting a new school journey is an exciting time and that family members may wish to be part of the experience. However, limiting appointments to one adult per child helps us:

• Keep appointments within the allocated 15-minute time slot
• Ensure all customers can access the samples they need
• Prevent overcrowding in the shop
• Provide a more comfortable experience for everyone
