You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you insure your parcel sufficiently or send via Special Delivery as claims for lost returns parcels will not be accepted should the item go astray in transit. Once the item has been received by us, we will refund the price of the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for it, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested.
