Ethically and sustainably produced with the planet in mind, our packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled material. The bamboo fibre used is organically grown and replanted in a sustainable way, no chemicals or pesticides are used in the growing process. With so much going on in our lives, our sleep can be easily effected, try out these tips below.

1. Try to go to bed at the same time each night.
2. Reduce the amount of caffeine you drink.
3. Do not watch TV, iPad or phone in bed.
4. Don’t go to bed on a full stomach
5. Take regular exercise.
6. Don’t drink too much before you go to bed.
7. Keep your bedroom dark and quiet.
8. Take a warm bath or shower.
9. Don’t make yourself too hot, wear breathable pyjamas.
10. When you wake up do not lie in bed longer than 10mins.
