In the event of your catering equipment failing simply give Mind Rest Ltd a call and an Engineer will be sent to you within the hour. What if the engineer can not fix your equipment the same day? If our engineer can not fix your equipment that day for any reason then Mind Rest Ltd will loan you a stand in piece of equipment until your own is fixed! Simple really! Who will fix your equipment? That
is entirely up to you! Our engineer will run diagnostics on your broken equipment, find the fault and try to fix it! All included in the price of course! If on the other hand the problem is parts to be replaced or something else more time consuming that may effect your kitchens working capacity or normal business hours then the stand in equipment will be left, along with an estimate for the repair of your own equipment, which you can accept or ask your own engineer to carry out for you. How long can you use the loaned equipment for? You can use the loaned equipment free of charge for up to one week. If for any reason you need our equipment longer than a week, there will be a small daily charge. How many pieces of equipment do Mind Rest Ltd cover? The basic Mind Rest Ltd policy allows you to cover 7 pieces of your most important equipment such as preparation equipment, cooking equipment, refrigeration and beverage machines . At Mind Rest Ltd we appreciate that your business is YOUR OWN and therefore unique to you.
