​My heartfelt tribute to Jurema, the Spirit of the Mimosa Tenuiflora tree, an amazing teacher, a wondrous plant medicine that expands consciousness. While her cousin Ayahuasca often steals the spotlight, Jurema holds an unique and powerful spirit, very high in DMT indeed.
A sacred spirit who I connect, honour and love so much ✨️🍃🌱🌿💚✨️

​Beyond the medicine, She is the heart of Jurema Sagrada, a beautiful Afro Amerindian syncretic tradition from Northeast Brazil rooted in the ancient practices of the Potiguara, Tabajara, Pankararu, and my loved ones, the Fulni-Ô people.

Enchanted by her tales since childhood, this piece depicts how I have seen Mama Jurema in dreams and shamanic journeys, my loved sacred teacher and her gift to humanity.

Prayers for the original people and all the brazilian people today 🙏 I’m sending healing light, I hope that they do the right thing today and elect the best option for the less fortunated ones in that beautiful, giant land 🌿🌱🇧🇷🍃🌱🌿🌿🌱💚💛💙🤍

Inspired by The High Priestess, it has been one of my favourite cards of the deck forever but only recently while I was camping in the grounds of Wasing I had a lucid dream in which my power animal, the Boa Constrictor came in showing me this card followed by a situation where I understood the need of letting go, shedding some old patterns that were heavy to carry on lately.

Oh dear! Today was definitely a different day of what i planned and desired. A minor car bump this morning, someone drove to the other side of the road smashing my right mirror but thank to all the Forces that watch over us no one was hurt 🙏🏼

Was a bit over crowded at the Ceramic studio, lots of chatting, cackling and loudness that annoys the out of me as I like quiet while creating. Definitely I need a new space to work with clay where there are a kiln, quiet and piece. I'll find it!

Sound cleanses away the heavy stuff every time. Here, me with Willow my beautiful girl from -love her so much! ✨️🙏✨️

Throwback Thursday to Elen.
I sculpted her in the Autumn of 2018 for Cupola Gallery’s Cornocopia show in Sheffield, invoking the ancient spirit of the Welsh forests nearby Tenby that once I stayed and connected. She’s held a special piece of my soul ever since. 🍂🍄
