🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 Prizes up for grabs 💆♀️
Alright guys, here is Mocean Fitness’ first ever competition 🏃🏽
So this year in 2022 we want to do something to not only involve our followers but also to motivate and inspire, and we don’t want that to come from us, we want that to come directly from you and to you!
So, here is Motivation Monday 🤛🚴🏼♀️
We want you to send to us your stories or experiences related to health, fitness or wellbeing which you think could help motivate and inspire someone else.
• The story doesn’t have to be about you, it could be about someone you know
• It doesn’t have to be related to something big and extravagant.
Your motivational or inspiring story could be anything but the two rules are;
1) It has to mean something to you personally
2) It must be something that you think someone else might relate to, and that might just give them the motivation they need to get after their goals.
Send them into us either by DM or by email to [email protected] and we are going to post some of these stories, on our feed and our IG stories on a Monday to share with the rest of our followers. Remember, THE MORE DETAIL THE BETTER. Take us on your journey. 🗻
This will run for the whole of 2022 so your story might not have even happened yet! In December of this year, we are going to make a short list of what we believe are the most inspiring and motivational stories.
YOU guys are then going to vote and pick a winner.
The winner, in return for sharing their story and hopefully motivating someone else to do something similar, will win a 2 night break for 2 people at the Eco Retreat in Cornwall. 🌊🌅
So, starting from today, send us your entries, we are going to read every single one and post some of them here for Motivation Monday and hopefully your story might inspire someone else into making 2022 their fittest and healthiest year yet. 🚴🏼♀️🏃🏽🧘🏻♀️ Good luck!
