My Mum started teaching me how to make clothes when I was 10 years old! Inspired by her, I have a degree and MA in textiles. 45years later I am still dressmaking and now teaching 121 or small groups. My textile life has been varied making wedding dresses and accessories, commissions for church vestments, with plenty of teaching along the way, having worked in various Art& Design colleges and seco

ndary schools over the years. Currently I have a group of friends who regularly come to classes to develop their skills and create garments for themselves and family.
