Materiel is seeking a business of fashion enthusiast with robust organizational skills, strategic mindset, and strong leadership ability. An individual who will be managing communications with partner agencies, stylists, influencers in addition to organizing photo shoots, castings, collection fittings. Person will handle creation of brand asserts including collection related materials and other particulars, while keeping the company’s vision, mission, objectives, and brand identity in mind. Job Responsibilities

· Communication with the brand’s PR agencies and managing their request.
· Initiating and carrying out PR campaigns including influencer gifting/seeding, features, etc.
· Organizing castings, fittings, and photo shoots, etc.
· Preparing collection related material such as catalogues, press releases, e-commerce product copy’s etc.
· Assisting with the events on the marketing calendar including photo/video shoots.
· Produce marketing/brand copy for the website.
· Monitor social media pages and address clients’ queries.
· Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.

· Good writing and visual story telling abilities
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Experience with marketing campaigns on social media is a plus
· BSc or M.S./MBA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field
· Exceptional level of written English while also ability to confidently hold a conversation with foreign partners
· Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
