Some people seem to think I only make simple styles. The truth is, I create sophisticated, detailed lace designs as well, and I absolutely love making them.
However, I’ve realized there may be two challenges:

1. Some people assume these designs are beyond their budget.
2. Others love the designs but expect them to be made at a much lower cost than what the craftsmanship, fabric, and time requires.

As a designer, I believe beautiful work should be valued fairly. Every bead, stitch, pleat, and detail takes skill, patience, and quality materials.

Yoruba people will say “Obe to dun, owo lo kpa”
Meaning: soup wey sweet na money kill am 😃.
