Digital Marketing & Business Development Manager
Location: Kumasi | Full-Time
Rods & Cones Eye Centre is expanding, and we are looking for a high-performing marketer who can help grow our visibility, build partnerships, and increase patient numbers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow our social media and digital platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Run paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads)
• Improve website visibility and SEO
• Develop corporate partnerships and outreach opportunities
• Generate and track patient leads and marketing performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or business development
• Strong experience managing social media and digital ads
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Healthcare marketing experience is an advantage.
