God is strategic, not random. He doesn’t act on impulse, He works with purpose. While we may be worrying about what's happening now, God is working out what's next. What seems like a detour is often His divine direction.
Take Joseph for example: he dreamed of the Palace, yet his path led him through three painful Ps: the Pit, Potiphar’s house, and the Prison.
The Pit was a place of rejection and abandonment.
Potiphar’s house was a place where his integrity was tested, where his achievements were ignored and false accusations spoke louder than truth.
The Prison? That was the graveyard of dreams, the place where hope seemed buried.
But in all of it, God had a plan. What looked like a breakdown was actually a setup for a breakthrough. Every P had a purpose. The same God who gave Joseph the dream was silently weaving every detail to bring it to pass.
So today, don’t let the process make you doubt the promise. When you're down to nothing, God is still up to something! He’s not finished with your story. What feels like delay is not denial; it's divine development. David, in the middle of his affliction, spoke to his own soul and said, “Why are you cast down, O my soul? Hope thou in the Lord.” (Psalm 42:11).
Sometimes, you have to encourage yourself in the Lord. I don’t know what tomorrow holds, but I know the One who holds tomorrow. And because He lives, you can face it with boldness and joy.
Friend , God didn’t call you to punish you, but to polish you. Let no man declare your case closed. No!! God is still writing your story.
Get up with hope. Go out with faith. Walk tall in purpose. What you thought was the end is just a bend. You are bouncing back stronger. The Palace is still in your future. The devil won’t have the last laugh; God will get the glory.
Light is coming. Joy is coming. Keep your head up, your heart strong, and your eyes on Jesus. You will testify at last, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
