"After having a child, I realized that in the eyes of society mothers can't:

- Complain (who told you to have kids?)

- Cry (why are you crying? Did you think it was easy?)

- Getting tired of what? (you do nothing!)

- Sleep (You're lazy!)

- Rest (you'll have plenty of time for that after they grow up)

- Getting pregnant again (are you crazy? How many more kids do you want?)

- Quitting work (how will you support your child?)

- Work (who will take care of the child?)

- Leave them at the nursery (Don’t let others raise them!!)

- Being a housewife (Poor husband, works too hard and his wife stays at home!!)
- Being single (nobody wants a woman with kids)

- Going out for fun (why are you leaving your son with grandma to have fun?)

And you know whats worse???

90% of these phrases are spoken by other women.

Let's learn to be more supportive of each other. I'm human and I love my kids but I'm guilty of all these emotions at some point"

A few months ago i managed a child who was involved in a road traffic accident.Let me attempt summarizing what exactly happened😔.
So this 4years old girl had been left infront of her unwalled house by her mum who apparently was picking up some money to purchase somethings.
There was a car parked right infront of the house.The driver of the vehicle who had not noticed the child playing on the ground reversed the car and sped off.
Mother stepped out and met her child in a pool of blood and unconscious🤔.She quickly carried her, placed her in a car and off to the hospital.The driver who had no idea what had happened was informed about the incidence and he also quickly dashed to the hospital.

This true story sets a precedence for my tips on Driveway safety:

📍A key concern regarding children's road safety is surprisingly at the child's home.

📍Traffic accidents in the driveway at home could be due to
♤reduced visibility of children when reversing off a drive
♤accidentally released handbrake

✅Safety tips in the driveway
◇ensure your children have not followed🚶‍♂️ you outside of the house into the driveway
◇monitor for children who may be excited to greet a visitor whilst their car🏍 is maneuvering
◇reverse onto the drive when parking so you can drive🚗 forward when leaving
◇roll down the glass and observe for movements of kids🤸‍♂️ nearby before moving the car
◇mute🔇 all sounds in the car and listen for sounds from children close by prior to moving the car
